Small launchers

Question I’ve not managed to figure out from the wiki: Are small launchers one-handed weapons or two-handed weapons? As in, will I be taking a penalty for holding something in my other hand while using one, say some ammunition or a sidearm for if I miss?

Considering the Small Launcher’s blast radius, what does it matter if you’re off by 2 squares? 😀 Go wild! Wield one in each hand!

Fair point. I did some testing and there is a noticeable accuracy dropoff. The issue isn’t hitting the target two tiles left of where I aimed, it is hitting the wall or a tree fifteen plus tiles away and doing nothing or knocking my own people out.
